Privacy Policy

The short version
- Autevo is private by default. Your Life Map, vision, nightly notes and tasks are yours.
- We collect only what the app needs to work. No ads, no ad trackers, no data brokers.
- We never sell your data, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
- AI is used only for your Life Map breakdown, and only after you say yes.
- You can delete your account in the app at any time. It is gone from our systems within 30 days.

Who we are
Autevo is an iPhone app made by Autevo LLC, based in Florida, USA. "We" and "us" mean Autevo. Our website is autevoapp.com. Questions about privacy go to support@autevoapp.com, and we reply within 7 days.
What we collect, and why

What we never collect
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, browsing history or health data. Voice answers are turned into text on your iPhone, so your voice recordings never leave your phone. We do not use advertising IDs.
How the AI breakdown works
Only the Life Map breakdown uses AI, and only after you allow it on a one-time consent screen.
- What is sent: your Life Map answers. Nothing else. Your name, email, vision, tasks and nightly notes are never sent.
- Who receives it: Anthropic, the company that makes Claude, which writes your breakdown.
- What Anthropic does with it: under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use your answers to train its models, and it deletes them on a short schedule unless they are flagged for breaking its usage rules.
- What the AI never does: pick your craft, set your goals or write your tasks. AI reflects. You decide.
- Your control: you can turn AI features off anytime in Settings. Your saved breakdown stays in your account until you delete it or your account.
Who can see your data
- You. Everything you write is visible only to you inside the app.
- Your accountability partner, if you add one. They see only your daily count (like 3 of 4) and your streak. Never your goals, tasks, notes or Life Map. You can remove a partner anytime.
- Service providers who help run Autevo. They may use your data only to provide their service to us, and must protect it at least as well as we do: cloud hosting and database, Anthropic (AI breakdown), RevenueCat (subscriptions), usage analytics, crash reporting, and Cloudflare and Google (support email).
- Apple, which processes App Store payments and sign-in under its own privacy policy.
- The law. We share data only if a valid legal request requires it, and we will tell you when the law allows.
- A new owner. If Autevo is ever sold or merged, your data moves only under this policy, and we will tell you first.
We never sell your data
We have never sold your personal data and never will. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing, we do not run ads, and we do not use ad trackers or data brokers. Autevo is paid for by subscriptions, not by your data.
How long we keep it, and how deletion works

We send you a confirmation when deletion is done. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription or refund a payment. Cancel in your iPhone Settings, and ask Apple for refunds.
Your choices and rights
- Edit anything you write at any time.
- Turn off reminders and AI features in Settings.
- Remove your accountability partner at any time.
- Get a copy of your data by emailing support@autevoapp.com. We send it within 30 days.
- Delete your account in the app. No email or phone call needed.
We give these rights to everyone, wherever you live. If a state law gives you more rights, we honor those too.
Children and teens
Autevo is for people 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has an account, email support@autevoapp.com and we will delete it. In some states, Apple asks a parent to approve downloads and purchases for users under 18, and we follow those rules.
How we protect your data
Your data is encrypted when it travels and when it is stored. Only the Autevo founder can access the systems that hold it, and only to run and support the app. No system is perfect, but we work hard to keep your information safe. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you as the law requires.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored in the United States. If you use Autevo from another country, your data is moved to the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. For big changes, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
